Description: Garlic Chives are a versatile tasty perennial herb that can be grown indoors or out, in containers or straight in the ground. Garlic chives resemble regular chives, and produces attractive white flowers on top of upright, flavorful, foliage, however, the green stalks are thin and flat. Plus, it adds a sweet onion garlic flavor to any dish you add it too. Garlic chives are great to top or add to salads, soups, sauces, dips, eggs, ramen, and baked potatoes. Its white, edible flower umbels attract pollinators, can be used in bouquets, and can be added to dishes as well. Make sure to dead head your plants if you don't want them to self sow themselves.
