While we do our best to display accurate images and descriptions, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colors or textures will be perfectly accurate.

Certain products (such as seeds, teas, and spice blends) may have seasonal availability. We do not guarantee stock or continuity of specific items.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices listed are in U.S. dollars.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed with Mint2Grow. You are responsible for promptly updating your account information, including your email address, billing address, and payment details, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

We use third-party payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Stripe) to handle transactions securely. Your payment information is encrypted and processed through these PCI-compliant platforms.

Mint2Grow does not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

We do our best to ship orders promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on product availability, location, and postal carrier performance.

Mint2Grow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because many of our products are natural, perishable, or handmade (such as seeds, teas, and art prints), all sales are generally final.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mint2grow@seedmailseed.co, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links that we do not monitor or control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or endorsement.
