At Mint2Grow Enterprises LLC (“Mint2Grow,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), each order is packed with care — by hand, by us. We’re a small, family-run business (just me and my husband 💚), and we take pride in making sure every seed packet, art print, and small-batch creation is shipped safely and thoughtfully.
Processing & Fulfillment Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We’ll always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible while keeping our quality high.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier. Delivery times are estimated by the postal carrier and may vary depending on distance, customs (for international orders), and carrier performance.

Domestic (U.S.) orders: typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

International orders: can take 2–4 weeks, depending on customs and carrier delays.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Mint2Grow is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), Mint2Grow is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused during transit.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the shipment date:

Preorders, Seasonal, and Handmade Items
Some of our offerings (like small-batch teas, seasonal seed collections, or art drops) are made to order or have limited runs. These items may require additional processing time. Any delays will be noted on the product page or communicated via email.
International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties associated with their order. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping rates.
