Description:   Soft White Wheat is used to make the flour most commonly used to make gravies, cakes, breads, and other delicious goodies.  The berries can also be used to make sprouts that can add a slight sweetness to your dishes.  It grows best in zones 7-10, but is adaptable to many climates, and does better in wet soils than other wheat varieties.  Use wheat as a cover crop to reintroduce fertility to your soil, and to protect it from wind and water erosion!
