Pale Evening Primrose

Description: Pale Evening Primroses are just too cute, and they are perfect to accompany the Showy Pink Evening Primrose. Its super fragrant, 3 inch flowers boast delicate white petals, and soft yellow centers that grow among narrow, irregularly toothed, green foliage. These beauts emerge in the cool evenings, and close up when the heat of the sun touches them, and bloom from May-December. Unlike other primrose varieties that grow low to the ground, these can grow up to 3 ft tall, and spread about 2-3 ft. wide. It is a super easy to grow wildflower, and are pretty drought tolerant once established. However, be careful when growing these, as they can be very aggressive and invasive, and may be better suited for a container. Make sure to dead head them often, before its seeds form, if you don't wish for them to spread everywhere.
